Dear Ms. Cepeda,
I disagree: Perception, not voting power, is the GOP’s biggest Hispanic challenge.
When you use their cheap labor to build this countries wealth and then you insult people you got a serious problem. Immigration is an issue:
when 29 percent of Latino respondents said it would be “like rewarding them for doing something wrong” and another 10 percent weren’t sure. These are minority opinions, but they point to a diversity of thought Latinos are rarely credited with.
29 percent is no number to crow about during this politically divided times. When instead of growing our common ground the Heritage Foundation fellow spouts racist ideology.
I suggest the Republican party stop alienating those conservative Latinos by insulting our culture and heritage. How about you just treat as like citizens of this great company.
